Our Promise – 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging (shoe box, dust bag, etc.)
The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):
- Underwear, lingerie & swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Earrings & piercing jewelry
- Personalized or customized items
- Final sale / clearance items
- Beauty & fragrance (if opened or used)
How to Return (Super Simple)
- Log into your Gibeon Shop account
- Go to “My Orders” → select the order → click “Return Item(s)”
- Choose refund or exchange, print your free prepaid label
- Pack everything securely and drop it off at any Post Office or Evri point
Norway Returns are 100% FREE
We pay the return shipping when you use our prepaid label.
When will I get my refund?
- We process returns within 48 hours of receiving them
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- You’ll see the money back in your account in 3–5 business days
- You’ll receive an email the moment it’s done
Faulty or Incorrect Item?
Contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a free collection + immediate replacement or refund.
